Robert began his career as an Accountant training with the largest independent firm in the South West of the United Kingdom. He then moved into commerce working for the Major Oil Companies as a management consultant. Robert went on to establish an Accountancy practice specializing in Business Start Up, and Consultancy. This grew to over 1000 clients with 3 partners. Having achieved their goals the business was then sold and he went into semi retirement at the age of 38yrs. He retained a personal base of clients where he performs the dual roles of Quasi Finance Director and Business Coach. Robert has a simple, straight to the point approach, speaking in a language we can all understand. He always had a real interest in start-ups. He has a unique ability with numbers and empowers people who have never liked or been interested in numbers to understand and enjoy the process of implementing them into your business. It is a joy to watch him speak on these subjects; he simply makes figures dance. He attended a Coach Training program in 1999 only to discover that he had really been working as a coach for 20yrs.
He applied the coaching techniques acquired to the wealth of knowledge collected on his life's journey to date and now he provides a specialist Coaching service combining Coaching, Mentoring and Consultancy he uses this multi discipline skill set to help Business Start Ups through their initial teething problems, then he really helps them to soar with his Business Growth Strategies.
